The project refers to the construction of 300 residential units on 30,000 sq. m of a former industrial site.
+ Details for this project
The site has exceptional qualities. Its geographical and historical features offer great potential (topography, water proximity, rich ecosystems and closeness to the town centre). Each district, with its specificities and constraints, can take part in the sustainable development of the town.
This conversion project is part of a redevelopment strategy launched several years ago by the local government. It is part of an initiative which looks into the future whilst taking into account the fact that the location and history of the site have had a great influence in the life of the nearby town, the urban landscape and the folk memory.
Rather than extending on the farming lands, the municipality chose to revive an extraordinary site.
