The preservation and rehabilitation area plan, which dates back to 1974, deals with the preservation of gardens of outstanding value (123 gardens surround mansions most of which were built in the 18th century).
The inventory and the rules to be used must combine heritage, and historical and ecological considerations (especially regarding management) relevant in this district.
